Check in & drop your bags
Check in with your airline and drop any checked baggage as usual, then head up to the departures level.

Head to security screening
Follow the overhead “Departures / Passport Control” signage toward the main security screening hall.

Look for the Fast Track lane
At screening, follow the Fast Track / Express signage to the dedicated priority lane beside the main queue.

Scan your pass
Show the QR code from your confirmation email to the attendant — one scan per traveller. No printing needed.

No. Your QR code arrives by email — just show it on your phone at the Fast Track lane. There is one pass per traveller on the booking.
Yes. Choose the number of passengers when you book and each traveller gets their own pass. You can have them all sent to the lead traveller, or delivered to each person individually.
You can manage or cancel your booking from the link in your confirmation email, or via the Manage booking page using your reference and email. Refunds follow the cancellation policy based on how close it is to your flight.
Fast Track operates at the international departures security screening area in Terminal 1. Follow the Fast Track signage to the dedicated lane once you reach screening.
