Suites are private rooms located within Sydney Airport T1 that offer a discreet, comfortable environment for arriving and departing passengers seeking a more private airport experience away from public terminal areas.
Access to Suites is available by approval, based on passenger needs and availability. As spaces are limited each day, priority is given to guests who require privacy, discretion, or a more private processing experience away from the main public areas.
A standard Suites booking provides two hours’ exclusive use of a private space, where you can relax before or after your flight. Light refreshments, such as tea and coffee, are available.
If you require in-room security or immigration services, these may be arranged subject to approval by Australian Border Force. The availability of these additional services depends on operational constraints and regulatory approvals.
Pricing for Suites depends on your choice of room, the length of your stay, and any parking requirements. Both standard and premium rooms are available, accommodating groups between 4 to 10 guests. A standard booking includes two hours of exclusive use, with additional charges applying for extra time beyond the initial two hours.
Each Suites booking includes one parking space. If additional parking spaces are required, these can be arranged as part of your booking request and will incur additional charges. Additional parking spaces are subject to availability.
Only individuals included in the confirmed booking may access the Suite areas. All guests must comply with the conditions of behaviour set out in the Terms and Conditions and follow any directions given by our staff.
Payment for Suites bookings is made by credit card. When you request a booking, you’ll be asked to enter your card details. Your card will have a pre-authorisation hold placed on it for the full booking amount 6 days before your booking to ensure funds are available, and the final amount will be charged within twenty-four (24) hours of your facilitation being completed.
You can change or cancel your Suites booking via the following steps:
- Going to the Booking Site
- Clicking on the “Manage Booking” hyperlink
- Entering the email address used to make your booking and your booking reference number
- Using the secure link that will be sent to your provided email address to change or cancel your booking
You may change or cancel your Suites booking, subject to the following conditions:
Cancellations
- You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before your booking start time.
- Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before your booking, will incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking fee.
- Cancellations less than 24 hours before your booking, will incur a late cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking fee.
Changes
- You can change your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before your booking start time
- Changes less than 48 hours before your booking will incur a late change fee of 20% of the total booking fee.
Exceptions may be made for airline cancellations or charges. You may be requested to provide confirmation of the change from your airline.
